This book is great fun - but also serious advice. There are so many ways to take everyday activities and turn them into a little workout. I had to laugh at the brushing your teeth while balancing on one leg hint - then I tried it and all the variations suggested. I also read more about Dr. Press and his focus on sports and rehabilitation medicine, and his bike ride across the USA to raise money for his practice and raise awareness (Ride for rehab on ric.org website) So just a way of saying that this guy not only writes about it, he gets it, he does it, he lives it.

Amazon have asked me to review this book. Unfortunately I cannot do so. However, just as soon as I can summon up the energy to get up off the couch and open the book, I'll be happy to oblige!

PS I had to rate the book (couldn't submit the review with a 'blank' rating) and since I can't rate it until I actually read it, have given it one star! My apologies to MD Joel M. Press for the unfair rating. I'm sure the book merits more than one star. I'll review my rating and the book, when I get around to reading it. Just give me time, lots of time! I'm a couch potato, remember, that's why I ordered the darn book in the first place!

A fun way to get exercises in during the day - especially for the busy professional running around all day or for the true 'couch potato'

If you're breathing then this book is for YOU!!!! Such a clever, fun way to look at excercising that isn't really a "workout". A great gift for anyone athlete or potatoe...anyone can benefit from learning how to stretch, strengthen and just feel better.

I LOVED this book and the proceeds go to a great cause 100%!!!! Awesome.
