This gave me hope and inspiration that there are other people inflicted with the same disorder, and are able to continue day to day life. I would highly recommend to everyone with celiac to read this book. It has really made a difference in my life.

Good book but... My concern is that the author states that people in New Zealand have "routine screening" for the disease (page 91). This is not the case.
