Product Description
If you always experience the same unhappy endings in your relationships, All the Good Ones Aren’t Taken offers an empowering approach to changing your romantic life.  Dr. Debbie Magids will help you understand the patterns of behavior that are keeping you stuck and teach you to make changes in the way you think, behave, and feel, so that you can find the love you want.

Who are you?

The Old Faithful, who longs for the one she can’t have and can’t move forward.

The Whirlwind Dater, who constantly dates whoever she can but has difficulty finding a permanent mate.

The Standstill, who has done a lot of work on becoming the best woman she can be, but rarely dates and has a difficult time relating to men on an intimate level.

The Forbidden Fruit Hunter, who gets involved with men who are married, already have a girlfriend, or are still hung up on an ex and therefore emotionally unavailable.

The Compassionate Rescuer, who always dates the guy who has problems, putting her energy into “fixer upper” boyfriends.

The Wanderer, for whom just one man is not enough to fill the void, so she always has a lover or potential boyfriend on the side.

The Uptown Girl, who is attracted only to men with money, prestige, and looks.

The Runaway Bride, who is good at relationships until asked to commit – then she finds a way to end the relationship, pronto.

I was skeptical at first upon seeing this book but then I ordered it, read it and I have to say, it really does make sense! I read it over the weekend and have been thinking about it ever since. I found my category and Dr. Magids is right. You are the one constant in all your relationships (family, friends, boyfriends, etc.) so if things always seems to not work out, then it kind of forces you to look at yourself directly...and this book really helps you do just that. The book helped me to see and understand things much better. I think I can now really act on correcting behavoir that wasn't helping me in my relationships. I now feel good about my future relationships instead of being miserable and feeling like I'll never find anyone. Thanks for writing this book -- I'll help spread the word!
