Best short-lived cartoon series ever Rating (5) Date: 2006-02-28 I absolutely love this show. I found a few episodes of it on tape today (unfortunately getting very ratty!) and it's good to know I'll be able to show it to my friends. Pity to miss out on such a clever and enjoyable show. "Happy Bunny's dead, Buffy!"

In Hot Dog at the Zoo, Family Dog tries to be like his brave TV idol, (SuperDog Samson) when he goes to the zoo with his family. Unfortunately he gets into a little trouble when he tries to beat up a black panther. In Eye on the Sparrow, Family Dog Nurses asparrow back to health (During a Blizzard) after Billy shoots it with a slingshot. Family Dog is so funny, it would be a mistake not to buy it!
